Antoniades+Eleftheriou UDS Architects, founded in 1996 by Pavlos Antoniades and Andreas Eleftheriou, has its main offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Our mission  is to design exceptional architecture which transforms economic, cultural and social life.

Antoniades + Eleftheriou UDS Architects Cyprus works on commercial, residential resort and mixed-used developments in Cyprus and worldwide. We provide full architectural, masterplanning and construction supervision services for developers, companies and private owners. A core competence is energy efficiency and sustainable design of buildings, as well as integration of information technology and sensors for “smart buildings.” We also have an in-depth experience in project licensing, acquisition of building permits and title deeds, and all aspects of project management and administration in the Cypriot context.

We have invested continually in information technology, and were the first office to fully replace traditional CAD systems in 2003 with Building Information Model (BIM) systems in Cyprus. 3D modelling and rendering is a standard part of our work, and adds to the quality of services we offer our clients.

We have worked with a number of international design firms, such as Robert A.M. Stern Associates, EDSA, and Benoy. Our signature projects include

• Intercontinental Aphrodite Hills Villas Phases I & II, a 28,000 m2 villa development in an exclusive golf resort;
• Project Blue, a 20,000 m2 mixed-used residential-commercial-office development;
• the Del Mar Residences, an 18,000 m2 residential development on the Limassol seafront;
• Vasiotis Messaris Business Centre, a 3,000 m2 office complex on the Limassol seafront;
• Venus Rock, a 20,000 m2 mixed use development near Limassol.
